After attending my first yoga class in 1996, I knew I wanted to spread the benefits and joys of yoga practice through teaching. I completed my 200hr teacher training with Camyoga in 2013 and went on to become a 300hr Certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher. I hold numerous certifications in yoga teaching including Hot Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga. Because of such a diverse range of qualifications, I can tailor my classes to suit the energy and ability of each class. I aim to inspire all of my students on and off the mat.
After my son was born in 2018, I realised even more just how important my yoga practice is. To look after others to the best of our ability, we must look after ourselves. Practicing yoga helps with this in so many ways; it helps me stay present, energised and open-minded for whatever the day can bring.
Whatever your job, or your lifestyle, it’s my goal to equip you with skills to cope with stress, care for your body and look after your mind.
